"The Haven" was exactly what we were hoping for. The accommodations were clean and relaxing with plenty of things to do. We especially enjoyed the outdoor "community" area. It was a safe place for the kids to play. We all enjoyed hanging out around the firepit in the evenings. The hosts are wonderful and they were very accommodating of our unique needs. The purpose of our visit was to spend time with family in the Cookeville area. The Haven and the hosts made that possible. We will definitely be back. Probably in the Spring. Thank you so much!

House was AMAZING and the hosts were just as awesome! We rented this house and their other property directly across the street for our son’s wedding. The adults stayed at the Abode and the groomsmen and their dates (14 total) stayed in the larger house (Haven) across the street. If you have a large group and want a place that provides some peace and quiet but is still conveniently located this is your place! Highly recommend both properties, these homes and the services provided to us during this joyous occasion will forever be a part of our memories when we reminisce about the wedding.

The eclectic abode is just as described — it’s enchanting, spacious, and welcoming. It has everything you need - very comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen with all of the dishes and utensils you could possibly need, spacious common spaces, and lots of amenities. The highlight for us were the outdoor spaces — especially the upstairs deck -- the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The home had everything we needed and more, and it was just far enough outside of town to enjoy all of the trees and green space, but close enough to Cookeville for dining and shopping. They have done a wonderful job with the house and are great hosts!

This Cookeville home has been completely redone with cheery decor. It was perfectly outfitted for the needs of our multi-generational family— including hand bars on the shower and a kids area for the children.
There is a lot of space to spread out — with super comfy couches upstairs and downstairs and several outdoor areas to relax.
The location is a quick drive to Cookeville and several incredible state parks.
This house made the perfect basecamp for our family get-together!

We were in town for a very hard family matter and this Airbnb made things much easier for us, it was clean, easy to find and get into, had a lovely green space to look out every time you left and a nice deep tub. Communication was also great and prompt and the Airbnb was good value for money. If we are in the area again and this Airbnb is available we would stay here again. Thank you.
